Just bought the Nortek HUSBZB-1 Zigbee based on the advertisement that it worked with Zigbee 3.0 devices. Can’t seem to connect to the Gledopto GL-C-008 LED Controller which is also Zigbee 3.0.

You should put in a support ticket on this issue as the plugin may need to be updated to properly work with this hardware. You could also check out the Jowihue plugin which supports many more devices that the HS4 version of this plugin.
