    1. I cannot install the plugin, it gives me an error on file locked.
      1. Restart HS4 and try again. This is a known issue but no solution yet.
    2. I installed the plugin but nothing is happening
      1. Did you accept the EULA? Click plugins->Sonos4->Accept and accept
    3. The plugin is running but it does not discover any player.
      1. Check which IP address is assigned to HS4 (pull up the web page and URL will show you). The HS IP address must belong to the same subnet your player is on. You can find the plugin’s IP address under SETTINGS->UPNP
      2. If you are using VLANs, check the section how to set this up
      3. Do you have the right Firewall allowance for the plugin?
    4. I lose communication with my players after 30 minutes
      1. There is an issue with the propagation of multicast traffic through your local network. Check you IGMP settings on your switches.
      2. Check the nbrOf412Errors counter under SETTINGS->UPNP. If this counter steadily increases, you have a network issue where the Sonos players are continuously reconfiguring themselves.
    5. The plugin stops updating my Homeseer devices after a while
      1. Check your firewall!
    6. My announcements are not working
      1. Is your sourceplayer still on-line?
      2. In case of AudioClip announcements, is the plugin still registered/authenticated with your Sonos account?
      3. Check your firewall!
      4. Is HS running as administrator?
      5. Stop HS and check the /html/Sonos4/Announcement subdirectory. Sometimes a file gets locked and can’t be overwritten. Try to delete the respective announcement file.
