BLSecurity Event No Longer Triggering Perimeter

All of a sudden I lost the ability to trigger perimeter from an event, yet armed and disarm work fine. I tried restarting the plugin, restarting HS4 and rebooting the hs4 machine, all to no avail. The plugin version is 2.0.48.0 and I am on HS4 4.2.6.0.0
Now looks none of the BLsecurity event triggers are working. The log show the event ran but no response from BLsecurity.

Any thoughts?
