    Error message: SecurityToken and "please contact customer care"

    A customer is getting this error in HS4:

    HSMyQ
    Error
    Status: 400 { "SecurityToken": "", "ReturnCode": "0", "ErrorMessage": "please contact customer care, supportID: 14941968174990203639", "CorrelationId": "" }

    I'm having him re-check his credentials, but was wondering if it might be something else.

    HS4 Standard Edition 4.1.18.0 (Windows)
    Plugin: 4.0.5.0

    he needs to update the plugin to version 4.0.7.0 (beta)

      Thanks for the reply. He did get back to me and indicate there might be an issue with his MyQ/Chamberline account. I'll let him sort that out, and I will also update to 4.0.7.0.
