Error accessing plugin for update or install?

EDIT: Looks like others have described this same issue in another post.

Went to update my MyQ for the newly required API version and got the following popup (ie version 4.0.7 of the plugin). Then, it pulls it out of my installed Plugins. If I go try to "Add" it as new, I get the same error. Running HS4Pro 4.2.0
