Has anyone integrated the KEEN smart vents into HS4? I want to control a vent directly with HS4.

Not sure why you're asking in the Ecobee forum (yes, I know their website says works with Nest, Ecobee, etc) but the reality is that these vents communicate via Zigbee. Your question would probably be best asked in one of the HS4 Zigbee forums:
