Plugin will not initialize

I go through the initial setup of the plugin, it appears to be fine, but does not give the configuration page. It just provides the initial setup again. I purchased the HS4 plugin, and it does show as registered and OK

I'll be happy to help, but right now I'm a little confused. What I see in your screenshots is that you successfully registered the plugin ("registered") and that the plugin started up ("OKAY").

What do you mean "it just provides the initial setup again"? The plugin has an "Initial Setup" where you provide the credentials to your Honeywell Account and validate them so it can connect, but it looks like you successfully completed that process. What shows up under the "Plugins > Honeywell WiFi Thermostat" menu now?
