Thermostat name beginning with a number does not show up

I have 3 thermostats from 3 houses. All three are authorized through google, but only two show up in homeseer:

• Chatham .. is there
• FourLakes .. is there
• 17th .. is authorized but doesn't appear in HomeSeer

Does the third thermostat appear in the Home app?
Could you set the log level to Trace from the plugin settings page, then disable and enable the plugin and send me the logs you get?
