Ver 4.0.0.59 - Added Accuweather, including Daily Health Indices
To obtain API key:
1. Register at https://developer.accuweather.com/user/me/apps
2. Once registered, create a new Application (MY APPS menu) - only name and application type is important (i.e. Weather App)
3. Then select the created Application - API Key is displayed there.
Please note, the free subscription only allows 50 calls/day (i.e. one call in 28 minutes), see https://developer.accuweather.com/packages
If "Display Health indices" is enabled in Location settings - the call also counts towards the free quota.
So if you want to see the Daily Indices for free, please set Update rate to one hour (60 min).
