AmbientWeather and Ecowitt - Local protocol (no Cloud)

Hey Alex. As of yesterday, my local ambient weather isn't updating anymore. At first I thought it was just the weather station as I had issues connecting with Wunderground.net. I rebooted my console and re-setup wunderground.net and it is now working, but the HomeSeer local akweather device still isn't updating. I tried removing the device and also tried several different ports as I was getting the socket error again. I had deleted the device again, and re-created it, but I'm still not getting any of the features for the local weather station. I'll PM you my log (has some identifiable info I'd rather not post here).

UPDATE: Good news. I finally solved it. It was a stupid user error - I had entered the IP address of the PWS when I should have put the server (HomeSeer) IP address. Doh!

Hey alexbk66 I noticed that Max and Min temperature for my Ambient Weather Local were missing when I re-added it to homeseer. I checked the log and those values are missing from there as well. I was going to post about that, but then ran into another issue. For the hell of it I thought maybe those two values were hidden. I went to the settings and checked the "Enable to display list of child devices selector" option. I didn't see those values there so I unchecked the selector. Now all of my features for my local PWS show as unused (see screenshot). I'm running your latest beta: 4.0.2.16 BETA.

I'll have a look. I noticesed that sometimes devices go "Not used" - after I added the feature to disable unwanted devices.. I try to reproduce the problem, but in the meantime you can delete аll children (but not the root) - they will be re-created after plugin restart.

I checked the log and my source - there's no Min/Max temperature, even in AW Cloud provider.

I can add Min/Max teperature for all providers - if not available. Do you mean daily Min/Max?
I want to keep it simple - so it will be lost if HS/Plugin restart.

Confirmed. That's a bummer. Those values are available on my weather tablet. Wish they would pass those values through too.

When I say my tablet, I mean the Ambient Weather station tablet that comes with the system. I'm assuming that data is received directly from the weather station itself. Wondering if there's any docs on Ambient Weather that describe accessing this data?
