      Thanks Tim.

And while we are here since I assume you understand the AQI stuff - do you think it's good to calculate the AQI?

      I.e. from this code https://github.com/dazimmermann/Purp...Air/Program.cs

No, I think that is required. Other may have a different opinion because it is easier to understand but if they are using this in the context of HA, it is localised reading of the specific PM that should be used to trigger alerts and therefore they need to understand.

Hmmm is correct! It was a poor response by me after a few ales.

No this is not required in my opinion.

Hi Tim brientim - I had an impression that I implemented Local comms for WLL, but apparently it was only in my head?

Do you think it would be good? Or Remote is as good?

                      Comment

Local API in this case is very good through WLL and remote works just as good. I suppose the dividing line is data and dependancy on internet with remote. I do not need think UDP realtime updates are required and only the current conditions.

I have added both the WLL and Airliknk as people if they have both will see them as one and the same depending on how they have configure the WLL to report the Airlink to Davis' weathlink.com either as part of a station or standalone.

BTW Tim, user reported that internal temperature and humidity devices are not created, but looking at the code they should. Do you have them?

One more question - I'm not sure what's better approach for adding the Local API:

                                1. Add Local support to the same WeatherLink provider and combine data (as supposedly it's data from the same devices)
                                2. Crate new independent WeatherLinkLocal provider only for the local comms. That's probably cleaner option.
