Editing devices

Please excuse this NOOB question. Where can I

1. Enable/Disable which indicators (devices) I want to track, and
2. Can I add a suffix to the value of a device?
   1. For example, in UV radiation, If the value was 8, I would like it to display as "8 rAd"
