Somfy Shade Statuses are Wrong

I've got 4 Somfy shades. All the same model and bought at the same time.

Only 1 of my shades shows the proper Open or Closed status and its 'Advanded Information' section is dark text while the 3 others are grayed out. How can I fix?

I' not sure I understand your problem.

Please provide more info, screenshots, etc. Please check HS log. Please provide output from Tools => Help.

And I don't know why 'Advanded Information' section is grayed out. That's probably a question for HST support.

3 out of 4 shades say 'Open', even when they are closed. With those, the 'Advanded Information' above is gray. 1531 above is the only one that says Open when open and Closed when closed. That text is black.
