    I just upgraded to HS4 Pro 4.2.18.3 and am having this same issue with old events and when trying to create new events.

    The url is in his screenshot. Looks like it might be expecting a Linux delimiter and seeing a Windows.

    Does this happen with all events, or just a specific one? What is the URL of the page you are displaying?

    rjh I am not sure what has happened here but when I select an event to look at I get an error in the logs and the text in post #1 shows instead of the event as we know it. Here is the error.

    If you have a backup, maybe restore just that file and see if that helps.
    I am not placing blame on anything but this happened right after I set up Sonos4. Could be coincidence.

    Looks like the style sheet is not being served. Try a reboot of the HS machine first.
    If that doesnt work, hit F12 in the browser and check the console for any errors.

    I click on an Event and all I get is the following:
