    MYHS login invalid after updating to HS4 - Solved!

    Did I miss a step somewhere? Upgrade to HS4 worked fine minus a hard reboot of the device. I'm logged in and the license is registered. However, log in to MYHS and by effect the app, does not work. Invalid log in error.

    Any thoughts?

    Please put in a support ticket at support@homeseer.com on this issue.
    If you used the register.html and all steps worked your HS4 license should be the one you log into now on your myHS login.

      I was able to fix it last night by using the manage account logon option and then manually change my primary license. Thanks for the response. The only step that gave an error was โ€œcreatingโ€ the HS4 web account. The text seemed to imply it was a new account. Thereโ€™s probably some room for a little more clarity there for those new to HS. Otherwise the process worked pretty well. Just one hard reboot of my device was needed.
