I bought my daughter a Pi. It all seems to work from the local network and she's added the system to MYHS, but the app never sees it. No devices etc. She's had a ticket open for several days now and was contacted by someone who must be a front end person, but is still waiting for a "tech" to get back to her. The have deleted it from MYHS and added back and I think they have some requested screenshots from connecting locally. The support guys must be swamped. Is there some troubleshooting someone here knows that might resolve this? It's kind of a shame since after bragging about HS so much to her she's not very impressed so far with the product.
