I have an event made where I want to check if a door lock goes into an Invalid/Error state, and then send a lock command again if it does. I figured it should be pretty simple, but it seems to keep changing my even trigger from this:

I haven't been able to pinpoint when exactly it does this, mostly I have just noticed the event isn't firing then check it and see this change. It has happened a couple times already. I just changed it back now, and will try and keep an eye on it and see if I can pinpoint better why it changed.
Anyways, anyone have an idea why it may be changing on me? Is there a better way of doing what I'm wanting to accomplish? Thanks,
