Updated upgrade Process for HS4 Pi?

Hi All - I took an attempt a while back and was unable to upgrade HS3 to HS4Pi and want to try again now that I have more time. I'm on version 3.0.0.551.

Where can I find the up to date install instructions to follow? Any tips for those who have done this?
