    RFXCOM

Has anyone installed RFXCOM on the HS4 (Legacy Plugin). I had it working fine for years and years on the HS3, but I can not seem to get it working on HS4.

To start, when I set up the receiver part, It stays stuck in "Initializing"

The, even thought the Transmitter port says online, I dont seem to be able to setup any any of the LifghtwaveRF gear I have. Its like no signal is being sent from the RFXCOM to pair the device

It does work but there other things you have to consider if especially using a Raspberry Pi...

    Don't forget to also check in the : http://[HS4 IP+Port] /deviceutility

    What's your setup?

Tip : Don't add from old HS3 settings but install it fresh...(start by removing from the updater then manually hunt down and delete its related files from the HS4 root, bin,html...etc folders.)

It works fine for me. There is a dedicated forum to RFXCOM. I suggest you post your question there. The author is very responsive. Please mention the actual device you have. Any logs would also be helpful.

All sorted, thanks guys, much appreciated.

I have the RFXtrx module and was setting up a Transmitter and a Receiver, seems you don't setup a Receiver and that must have been confusing the system and causing the Transmitter part not to work.
The Transmitter works for both input and output devices
