You can have the unit send an email to your cellphone texting service. So if you want to send a notification to a cell phone, you can do that.
IFTTT has the ability to make voice phone calls. I have not tried it, but it looks like its supported. HS4 supports IFTTT so this should be pretty easy to hook up.
