HS4 Pi - How to log User Code when Zwave Lock is locked/unlocked?

I just had an incident where I needed to identify whom unlocked/locked a Zwave lock yesterday around a certain time.
I can see in the logs that the lock was unlocked/locked about that time.
BUT
HS4 Pi does not log which User Code (or Name) did it...

2 Questions:
Why would HS4 come short of providing this basic/expected information from the logs?
How does one go about getting this vital detail to be logged when Zwave locks are locked/unlocked?
