Issues Getting Z Wave to Work On Hometroller Pi

Give the support guys a call and see if they have some troubleshooting steps.

rmasonjr just tried it. Didnt fix the problem. i unplugged it for over a minute and then plugged it back in and still had the warning message next to the HS-ZWPB700 interface in the z wave interfaces tab. When I tried to disable and re enable it, it gave me an error message that it was having trouble initializing the device. Any other ideas?

Try a complete power off for a minute or so.
Once restarted, try disabling/enabling again.

I'm trying to connect a first alert z wave CO2 and smoke alarm to my hometroller pi. For some reason when I go into Z Wave interfaces next to HS-ZWPB700 it says "warning the interface is experiencing trouble. trying disabling the interface and re enabling it". I've tried disabling and re enabling it but that hasn't worked. Any ideas? If I have the insteon or chromecast plugins running on homeseer would those interfere with the z wave plugin?
