It looks like a working attachment button is not available again on HS4 Pro Edition 4.1.14.0 (Windows).

Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Just tried it here - no button to select a file.

Update: just checked myself on 4.2.16.0 (admittedly non-beta) and no button to attach a file... so if this was fixed in Beta 4.0.1.37 then somthing a gemlin has crept back in.
