I tried the duplicate camera to see if it fixes my cameras, no luck I would have been fine with that fix for now - just to have live cameras.

Sill no recording issues - I can click on the live view, of course it doesnt show anything - but clicking the record button creates the 10 second clip and I can go to recordings and the video looks fine. No idea why HS can show live since it obviously connected to the cameras without any issues.

When I added a URL for the snapshot I do get a different log error:

    6/28/2020 9:26:34 AM

    HomeSeer
    Error
In SettingManager setVar setting var form: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    6/28/2020 9:26:34 AM

    HomeSeer
    Error
In SettingManager setVar setting var camera_name: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Without the snapshot URL (again, in Windows, I didnt need ti set the snapshot URL for the cameras to work in Live view)

    6/28/2020 9:26:34 AM
    HomeSeer
    Error
Error with request: ->Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.

Im guessing thats simply due to the empty snapshot URL? - Again though, Windows doesnt need this setting and the Cameras page shows a snapshot with only the RTSP value entered for each camera.

Linux camera recordings was working in version 4.0.9.0, but now in version 4.0.10.0 it's not working again

Yeah and in 4.0.10.0 I still do not have live video with Linux - and since the build keeps progressing and we are on RC3, Im guessing I shouldnt expect working cameras and I may need to go back to my Windows VM where Videos do work - Its really a bummer, I dont want to run a Windows VM for Homeseer, I would prefer to run it on Linux but since the camera support seems to be something that isnt being worked on (past the already working cameras) - Might throw in the towel.

Are you not running 4.1.0.0? Is it not working on the main release?

4.1 is just 4.0.10 renamed. Nothing else changed.

Camera local recording for 10-30 sec is working for me on Linux 4.0.10. I am using rtsp

Camera live view seems to work after a reboot of HS4, but then stops working after a little bit. I can still access both the snapshot url and rtsp stream outside of hs4 no problem.

In 4.0.10 I am now able delete and rename cameras which I had issues doing in the previous version I had

              I have 2 cams setup

              **Update**
I can view my linux cams on local wifi using the HSBuddy app. It only seems to show live view all the time with HSBuddy.

The HS4 webview and the HS mobile app do not consistently show live video.

              **Update 2**
In HSBuddy under settings, available sources, it is the HStouch server source where the cams work. When only homeseer is set as source the cams don't work

Did anyone have any luck with HS4 1.4.5.0? My cameras are still useless - No Live feed.
