Inovelli ended up issuing RMA's and refunding a lot of them and never got them to work correctly. Probably the reason for the 'falling out'.

It's now being sold under the EvaLogic name (most likely a Chinese brand) on Amazon. Considering the firmware is still low at 1.1, my bet is that it's still has the same issues as the ones sold in 2018. There are some reports that someone dug up a custom driver for the Samsung Smartthings hub that seemed to recognize it. But no dice for other systems.

Just go over to the Inovelli forums and search for NZW97 and you can read all about it.

There was a NZW97 on eBay a couple of week ago and considered biding on it but when I saw that the latest bid was only $4.95 and it was only 6 hours to go, I decided to do some research on it. Glad I didn't bid on it because they wanted $14 or so, bucks in shipping. Not a great deal when you add the two together so I passed.
It seems like there may be a "mix" of these in the distribution channels. I've opened a ticket with EVA Logik.

Let us know what you find out. I have a GE outdoor single gang outlet which has been working great for more than a year. But instead of adding an second one, a double gang would be nice in that area.

No response from Eva Logik (aka Nie_tech Co, Ltd.) so I'm packing it up and sending it back to Amazon. I'm going to add a z-wave switched outlet instead once the rainy weather subsides.

I purchased one of these based on fairly good reviews on Amazon. This is my first z-wave device & it was a pian to configure. Perhaps that was because I am still figuring things out in Homeseer. I believe everything is working a now & hopefully it still will after unplug it & take it outside. I do have a couple of questions.

            1. Under devices I have a HS-ZWPB700 (148) but there is no status. What is this?

            2. I see my plug but I have to click on it to show both switches. Is this normal or is there a way for this to show as two separate devices?

Refer to the pictures it that helps

I have a couple of the GE/Jasko versions of the single socket one. They both have worked flawlessly. Maybe it's the double socket version that HS doesn't recognize.
You do know you can modify the ZWave configuration files to add the 2nd socket if it doesn't exist in the default config.

In my experience with HS4, grid view has never worked correctly for most (all) of my devices. It seems random as to what controls and status show up on the "card" and, unlike list view, you can't edit the status nor controls.

What you are seeing is a "root" device called "Front Outdoor Plug" with the first feature showing. When you click on the "card" you see all of the features. When you look at it in list view and it makes more sense.

EDIT: The "HS-ZWPB700" is your USB Z-Wave interface. It has no features so doesn't show a status. Again, not very useful.

It shows correctly in the mobile app and both plugs work. I don't have to select the card to see both plugs. However, I either need to move my Hud or purchase a range extender. The plug does not get any signal outside. Eventually I plan on adding a couple of switches & contact sensors.
