4.0.9.0 Device Settings Just Spins

Anyone else getting this?

I cannot get to Settings, Features or Status on any device - it just spins.
4.0.9.0 on latest Raspbian. No errors in the log. Can't believe this is an RC3.

Yep just refresh a few times and it loads up.

Presumably it's logged in the G14 Classified Bug Reporting System, but who knows

You can also try and toggle the device view from list to grid and back.

It is an rc2. Everybody knows rc3 builds, are bug free.
