Unable to turn off HS touch logging. I turn it off at the tick box and save but at always turns it's self back on. Log is full daily with debug info.

is HSTouch forcing HS to log info?

      Thanks

Are you pressing "Save" at the bottom of the page?

Actually it is not - you have simply worked around a flaw in the JSON database engine, in that it can't handle 0 records.

So by manually creating a single record the file now exists and no error occurs.

But if you go delete those two tests you did and reboot you will discover you are now permanently stuck with those tests - they will always come back.

Because the root problem is the JSON database engine can't handle 0 records.

No biggie but issue is outstanding.

Thank you Chris. I originally opened a ticket for said issue.

Here is the response to ticket.

Just re-read response and see this:

            Support commented:
This has been fixed in HS4 build 4.1.4.0.
            -Rich

Then I closed the ticket but did not install 4.1.4.0 rather installed 4.1.3.0

So now will remove the timer and reboot and stop HS and install 4.1.4.0 and see what happens.

Just noticed that there is no 4.1.4.0 to download. Will reopen ticket for said issue.
