HS-WD200/300 Zwave Action/Set LED actions/Set LED Mode not working

Hi All, When attempting to set HS-WD200/300 Zwave Action/Set LED actions/Set Device LED Mode, the dropdown to select the mode is present, but it will not allow me to see anything but Select in the dropdown list, meaning the dropdown list will not drop down. I am using the latest beta, HS4 Pro Edition 4.2.7.0 (Windows) and have tried this on Chrome and Firefox with the exact same results. Any ideas or workaround for this?

Update: This seems to be isolated to one computer. Weird. I will keep troubleshooting.

It seems that if you try to make a selection from this dropdown list and the dropdown is too close to the bottom of the screen, the dropdown will not open. Due to the screen resolution and size of the screen on my laptop, this occurred. The screen was small enough to fit on the screen without scroll handles, but not large enough to allow me to open this dropdown llist.
