HSPro 4.2.13.0 Camera configuration - save - view not working

RTSP camera configuration is not saved and display is not working. It did work fine a few versions back.

What exactly are you doing? Is this on Windows or Linux? I added a new manual camera, gave it a name, saved it, then added an RTSP URL and saved it. It saved OK. I restarted HS just to be sure it saved.

      Thank you Rich.

      Linux.

I added a camera name, then the RTSP URL / Snapshot URL and hit the save button. Then returned to the camera configuration and there was no camera saved.

I tried this with Chrome / Firefox running on Ubuntu Linux desktop.

So I went to the legacy HS3 camera configuration links in HS4 and I entered the snapshot and RTSP links and looked at the HS4 camera configuration and saw the camera links had been saved. Tested it to work.

I am having a similar problem - had Insteon (Foscam OEMs) working under 4.2.12 fine - upgraded to 4.2.13 today and my camera is gone and I have no ability to reconfigure and save again. Hints and tips welcomed -

After upgrading to 4.2.13 the camera is gone and I can't seem to delete cameras or add cameras successfully - there is no spot for Username or Password:

Adding a new camera name works fine. Its just the saving of the camera links that doesn't work.

I utilized Jon00's Links add on which provides the legacy Homeseer 3 links in HS4. Worked fine at installing camera and saving.

I ran into this same thing with HS 4.2.12.0 on Windows. Tried Chrome, Firefox on Windows 10 and Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on Mac.

It looks to me like the save button is not working.

That said I only configured the Hikvision Wireless DB with HS. The Hikvision is detached from the cloud and cloud apps.
