Failed with error: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.

    Good Day,

I am running HS4 4.2.18.3 on Windows 11. Whenever I attempt to do a manual backup I receive the error :"Failed with error: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.".

Any ideas of how to resolve?

I see the same every morning. Is your backup generating the zip file?

I see the backup created, but I do not know if it is complete or corrupt

I posed the same question yesterday in another thread. I get a few warnings before the final arithmetic error regarding that the back up is not able to access a few db files as another process has them open but that's not a problem for me. I tested the final zip file and it is not corrupt.

I will try to extract it this morning and see if it is in fact a viable back up or not (minus the few db files it could not copy)

I can confirm that the four HS4 folders (Config, Data, Html, and Scripts) were backed up, extracted, and are viable back up files that can be used to restore.

As I expected some of the plug in's database files were not included but I was warned of those items in the log.

So I am still not quite sure what impact the "Failed with error: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow." has on the Auto Backup function at this time.

Thanks for doing the test. Sounds like it is a cosmetic bug.

            Thanks again.
