HS event not triggering

I have a google calendar "FRIP" with an event called "Miranda" and I have an "hs calendar event occured" filtered to the tag "Miranda"
Why is the hs calendar event not fired?

Isn't the event in HS supposed to fire when the event with that name in Google calendar starts?

BTW, I found that in HS often if you re-use existing event and just change the trigger - it stops working. It's often better idea to create HS event from scratch.
