    I doubt it will work but you could try other routers in the list if they are the same manufacturer. Sometimes that will work.

      Unfortunately I tried to use several configurations. This application is just perfect for what I'm looking for, anything else we can do to make it to work?

        You would have to use my Router Logger app on my web site and capture logging from your router before I could it. Then add a feature request on my site for it. I can say that I am very busy right now and cannot guarantee it will be done that fast.
