I am posting a new plugin for EventGhost integration.

This plugin will allow you to send and receive events to/from EventGhost.

I've sent the info to HomeSeer's admins. Just waiting for them to post it.

I've gotta say, I'm loving it myself. I finished writing it this morning and haven't had time to play with it until now. I've got a CEC adapter on my HTPC and I've setup all sorts of functions now to relay info to homeseer and back. From homeseer I:
            • Have a device that represents each of my AV equipment
            • Can turn the device in homeseer on/off and EG gets the results and relays them as CEC commands
            • Can make decision now based upon the status of my equipment
            • Sends a mute command to the TV when my phone rings.
            • Can send commands to PLEX now from Homeseer via EventGhost (stop/play/pause/etc)

I just keep coming up with more and more ideas.

I'm thinking of purchasing the Plex Status plugin now and being able to make smart decisions to control Plex via EG with status updates coming in via the plugin.

Also, I can now setup Alexa to control my TV via voice!

I suppose to answer that, you need to take a look at what you're using EventGhost to control. For me, it happens to be my HTPC, which is quite common.

Yes , but i'm using Harmony home control for that and already configured all what i want using keyboard shortcuts , i think now it'll be even better with detailed actions directly in Kodi instead of keyboard shortcuts

How is the harmony home control setup, any good?

I've looked into it, but ultimately went with a Tivo Slide Pro remote and eventghost relaying commands to Plex.

Harmony control is pretty good , i'm using a mix of 2 devices , windows PC and microsoft media PC SE . i mapped all the keyboard shortcuts to my physical remote and changed them in the kodi keycap editor plugin

Looks like EventGhost is in the Plugin Manager now under Internet or Network Related

tested, works well - plugin purchased.
Thanks for the work on this.

my only comment is I hope there is some better documentation in the future.

I've already started on documentation for it. I'm currently waiting for Homeseer to get me a dedicated subforum for this plugin created so that I can setup a documentation section.

In the meantime I guess I'll publish it as a PDF.
