One I get the BI + HS integration for the motion (once the BI plugin is fully updated/fixed for BI v5) and I get the Unifi features and remote camera viewing (which works well) without having to pay any additional fee and without having to do any port forwards which I like.
Now for the camera's... are they the greatest? Video quality wise no they are not super high end camera's. There are better camera's available but they are more expensive. The popular ipcamtalk (high-end) Dahua camera's are more expensive and don't come with any software of any kind so you still have to use BI or something else. With the pricing I've seen for the Dahua to ensure it's an "Real" Dahua and not a counterfeit with malware installed it's about the same as the G3 Pro and that's a good camera. The G3 and G3 Flex compared with comparable priced Amcrest cameras are good and you get great software + BI integration ... just my musings. One BIG downer is UBNT does NOT have a PTZ camera so if that's a requirement then you must look elsewhere.
