vasrc can you check that the device references are correct in HSPI_MeiUnifi_ClientConfig.json in /config/MeiUnifi?

I didnt' really check that code so I'm surprised it's not working. I'm still checking the code now, but that was something that quickly came to mind. I had a bug where it didn't save the reference until the value changed. I fixed that bug last night.

I updated to 3.0.0.3 this morning and configured my POE ports which created the expected HS devices. However, they are not picking up the status of the actual ports - they all show Off. I have restarted the plugin and it's still showing the same.

The power cycle button, does seem to be working, but the device status and update date/time are not updating.

I have also never seen the Wifi Experience at anything other than 0%, in any PI version so far.

I don't have a USG, but I do see the WiFi strength per client in the Controller UI.

My network topography is FiOS ONT -> pfSense firewall/router -> Netgear 24 Port Switch -> Unifi 8 Port POE switch -> Unifi APs.

Should I see the Wifi Experience with this combination and are the any logs or commands that I can provide to assist with either of these two issues?

          Many thanks
          James

It could be that Wifi experience is a USG thing. Does it show anything other than zero in the controller?

For the POE port status, it should pick it up on the next polll (default is 1 min). can you run this URL (after logging in to the controller from the IP) for me and PM me the results:

            https://x.x.x.x:8443/api/s/default/stat/device

The Wifi score is working for me.
