New errors on ultramod

hi i am runing version 3.0.6260.19461 and am getting the following errors.
Any suggestions.

This is one of those "should never happen" type errors. Have you seen this more than once in your logs?

The issue you reported is now resolved. Please download and install UltraMon3 HSPI version 3.0.6440.16895.
