error: Unable to send Shutdown to device [mac address]

I took another look at this today, and now it is working!
After further inspection, I did not realize it installs a service but does not start it. Two of the machines were rebooted since I installed, so the service did start. The others I just went into services and started them manually.

I'm trying to use the shutdown feature on windows 10 machines.
I tried both the UltraMon shutdown and psshutdown.
These machines do not have firewalls or antivirus software.

Any help would be appreciated.
