Rain8 log disabled???

Rain8 log disabled???

My activity logs always show disable even do I have Data base option tick and Log Messages Received from the Rain8Net to HomeSeer Log tick and Log Messages Sent to the Rain8Net to HomeSeer Log. Where can enable it?
