Controlling Plug-in feature through script

This is probably a dumb question but I will ask it anyway. Is there a way to tell the plug-in to execute the 'Stop' and/or 'Skip Tomorrow' functions via a script as oppose to through web interface screen?

The general subject of control of the Zone Status buttons via Homeseer/Script has been brought up a few times recently. Today that capability does not exist, but I will be adding it in the near future.
