Negative Time for Before Sunrise

I'm using v2.9.0.24 and trying to set a watering time for 30 minutes before sunrise. Per the instructions, I enter the time as a negative number (-0:30 for thirty minutes), but upon save it reverts to a positive number and the area runs thirty minutes after sunrise.

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks huggy but I'm using the settings in the mcsSprinklers professional setup pages, not homeseer events.

Wish I could help with that... I would hope you can force a sprinkler action from a HS event - in case you can't get it to run the way you want otherwise.
