In setting max number of cycle allowed in a day, if a 2x round robin is used, will one cycle be counter as 2? How about syringe cycle? Is it restricted by max cycle allowed setting as well?

I believe every cycle, no matter what the reason, is counted. The intention of max cycles is to protect from a failure mode of repeated on/off. You should set it to something greater than the maximum number you ever expect to use, but no so precise that you need to change it every time you change your scheduling. -

Max Cycles is set at the site level and is enforced on a zone by zone basis. It is not enforced for Area or Site cycles.Comment
