Vers 2.15.0.9 error

Updated and getting this error couple of times a minute:

Fixed in 2.15.0.11 in updater. Don't know why I change the logic since the 2.15.0.0 release in this area. It is back to the way it was.

New release seems to have fixed the problems. No error messages for a couple of hours.
