in HS3 i deleted the devices for Areas that I didnt use: area 2, 3, 4, 5 ,6, 7, 8. shortly therefater received non-stop strings of Device S## not recognized by HS. i believe i stopped it by disabling the plug in and then enabling it. Should those repopulate? I dont have them yet in devices. Can I assume they are ok gone now? I only use one Area.

Within mcsSprinklers General Status page you have the abilty to hide/display any device. I doubt if this selection translate to the same within HS. On restart I expect mcsSprinklers to create any devices it thinks it needs. I will need to look into creation of devices that it may you, but you may not want in HS3. Other devices such as notification of starting zone or inhibit based upon wind may also fall into this same category.
