Is there any interface for the MCS Sprinkler calander? I was hoping to put the calender into our Google calander (maybe through IFTTT) so we know when to expect the sprinklers to go off.

There is no API, but the calendar is produced via HTTP post request. The URL will be your HS3 server suffixed by /touch. The post payload will have Frame=touchcalendar. The returned text will be html for the calendar that is shown on the touch page.
There are utilities that allow you to form http post requests, but I do not have any direct experience with any.
