Pause Unit or Zone

Going thru my box of old tech stuff and found a rain machine pro 8 which I have setup and been tinkering with. Running HS4 and installed the plugin and verified the controls and status reporting work. I can see that control allows the stop/start manually of zones and schedules.

Can the RM be sent commands either from the plugin or via HS scripted API call to halt/pause the scheduled operation of a zone (or the whole unit) either for a time period or until another command is sent to revert to normal?

It does have a pause all action that can called from an event. That pauses everything for the amount of time you specify. As far as I know, RM doesn't have a per-zone pause.
I don't believe it can be used via a script.

Just installed this plugin today. Was looking for pause feature, but not seeing it. I can see where, for the program on my RM, there's a Homeseer status for pause with a value of -1. However from the devices or the events, the only options I see are start/stop. Any chance of adding the pause feature to the Add-In?

I guess I don't understand what you're asking. A valve can only be opened or closed, what does pause mean for a valve?
