Official Support Method for the Plug-in

Usually I have time to post into this message board as well but lately I have only been able to handle support via direct email. There are many great people here on the message board that may be able to help with your issues, should you decide to post them here. I may also be able to respond to your thread here. The advantage to posting questions here is that a larger audience can learn from the answers but the downside is that I may not be able to answer questions here in a timely manor.
My goal is to answer all emails in less than 24 hours. If you post here in the BB you may get a response from someone in minutes or a few hours but depending on how busy I am with direct emails I may not be able to respond for quite some time.
