Can't get BC4 to send any IR

I just got my BC4 configured on HS. I can get to its built in webpage, and gave it a static IP. I have it setup on HS and can read the temp and activate/deactivate the relays, etc.

When I try to send a command out a port, my emitters do not show any activity.

I tested the emitters on a Xantech connecting block with a Xantech receiver and an IR remote and they work fine. It is a dual output emitter.

I've tried all 4 ports on the BC4 and although everything acts like it should work, there is no flashing on the emitters.

    Running firmware 1.074

    Any ideas?

    Basics

I expect you are using the BC4 interface below when you test the emitters?

"When using the BC4 Plug-In, the HomeSeer "IR Signals" interface is not used. All IR codes and devices must be configured through the BC4 Plug-In's "IR Device Setup" interface."

-just to eliminate the simple stuff -- hope that's all it is.

      Thanks for the feedback.

I'm using the BC4's IR config. I wish it was that simple.

I ended up removing the BC4 plug-in, reseting the BC4 with the reset switch, and starting all over. I have the same issue. No IR signals out of any ports.

If someone could post the fix, that would make this thread a lot more useful!

I agree, but bitwise_Mark specifically mentioned not posting it.

I'll PM it to anyone who wants if Mark doesn't reply here.

Jacy has been answered via email. The precedure used is not the same in all instances, and can cause problems if used inappropriately, which is why I have not posted anything publicly. If anyone has a similar issue, they can feel free to PM or email me.
