I have been having big problems with my 8e for the last two weeks and my wife is NOT happy. My WAF is dropping like a stone.
I have about 14 hard wired zones, and about 20 wireless zones. About 2 weeks ago some of my wireless zones stopped working. I discoverd that the range from the transmitter was on th verge of being to far. When I called tech support, they suggested a repeater. After the repeter was installed, everything was working except 1 wireless zone. The dreaded zone #31. I cannot get this zone to either work or to get it to de-enroll. I have called the tech support, and they don't know what the problem is.
Since this zone is faulting, I cannot set the alarm because of the error message.
Does any one have any idea??
Is there a way to do a complete reset of the system, this way I can start over??
