Now What?

So I now have my designated "home PC" connected to my Caddx system and fully operational. I can arm, disarm, and see zone changes. Now what?

I guess what I am asking is what should be my next project of automation? I intend to put a level detector in the basement sump so if I get a pump failure I will get notified. I have one unused zone on the caddx for this input. Should I start adding X-10 motion and lighting? Because this is just a hobby I don't have anything that I am really trying to automate. Just looking for ideas!

I like x10 on my outside lights mostly. They can come on at sunset and then turn off automatically around the time I go to bed. When I go to work in the morning I look at all the houses on my street that still have their outside lights on even though the sun is up, and I feel sorry for them.
