    DSC 4401 Faults

I have been fighting this for some time now (day one) ...

    I have a DSC 4401
I have it set to 4800 baud
    polling set to 2000

I had an event created that when i put my system into arm it would run a check for a virtual vacation mode. I could get it to function - however based on the below it would get stuck in a loop over and over every 2000 seconds re-running the loop resulting in tstat changing, IM's getting sent to me and so on.

It seems like it cant communicate all that well with the panel. I have looked at about everything that i could find ... hence the change to 2000 as an example

In addition i never see that any zones come back to a proper state and im showing command errors

Has anyone had any success getting this to work?

The below happens every 2000 sec

I believe this plugin only works with the it100 now.

So i wonder when that happened ...

2 months ago i purchased HS Pro because i was told that the plugin was fixed about 7-8 months ago and i should try it again ... it seemed like it was working and i went ahead and purchased the pro version basically for ability to manage from my keypad. I thought i was safe as in the configuration of the plugin it shows the model number of my panel.

Additionally i have gone through two cards for the panel following what information i have been able to find for this plugin.

I am frustrated with this process of not knowing what is supported - the fact that it changes and so on ... it has not been a cheap endeavor so far.

How do i know for sure?

Thanks for the quick response Rupp
